ESA is no ordinary organization. The reasons for joining, as listed on the application form are: Philanthropic; Friendship; Education Opportunity; Self-Improvement; Other. Everyone who has joined this organization did so for at least one of those reasons. ESA still offers these opportunities and it is our responsibility to share them.
How many times have we heard-There’s no one else to ask! Instead of Asking we are challenging you to Invite someone you know, or better yet, someone you don’t know to help with a project or event you are having. Invite the PTA to help with a book sale to raise money for the library. Invite the Girl Scouts and leaders and Boy Scouts and leaders to help with a rummage sale for St. Jude. With every event you have, invite people to take part and show them what a wonderful organization is doing in their community for others. If we each did that, we won’t have to ask people to become members, they will be asking us how to become a part of all we do. There are still people looking for ways to be of service, and to broaden their horizons.
There are endless possibilities if we take a moment to allow others to experience ESA.
