Become a Leader
Individually, members can participate in Epsilon Sigma Alpha's (ESA) Pallas Athene program, a leadership and recognition program that provides a step-by-step guide for members to earn the coveted Certified Volunteer of America designation. Within chapters, members will gain formal and informal hands-on leadership experience by assuming officer roles, chairing committees, and handling special projects. Members also have the opportunity to hold offices on a state and international level.
In addition, ESA offers special seminars and educational programs, annual leadership conferences, and leadership training.
